This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was impeccable - from the moment we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning, we were greeted with two bottles of water and a warm welcome. Madame Vivienne and her staff were amazing and always available to assist with any requests we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a perfect temperature, ensuring a peaceful environment to relax after a long day of exploring. The central location was excellent, allowing us to easily navigate through the secure area of the city.
No major issues, everything was more than okay.
